To whom it may concern over the past year i have reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX in regards to furnishing inaccurate information on my consumer report. I also have sent them certified mail on mulitple occasions supporting my claim that this was not in fact my account i was recently released from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 2021 and have submitted all the necessary documents to support that claim to prove i did not or have any knowlegement of this open account being i was XXXX at the time of this being open. I submitted documentation that shows XXXX XXXX XXXX to be in violation of according to the Consumer Law & The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681. All I ask is for this company acknowledge the violation and correct it before additional steps are taken. They have recently furnished information attaching an employee name on my consumer report which is in violation as well I am demanding this company remove this account asap.
