Back in XXXX XXXX of 2022 I opened a credit Builder loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I opened the loan with an initial {$650.00} that was immediately taken out of my account I made my first payment of {$22.00} and they refunded me {$100.00}. The agreement was for every payment I made {$100.00} would be released. I defaulted on the loan but because it was prepaid there is a {$400.00} credit Reserve my account States the {$400.00} was put back into my bank account and on the financial page it reads zero payments were made of {$510.00} make a payment now however, they also submitted the loan to collection agencies and our demanding payment of {$110.00} stating the {$400.00} Reserve paid off the rest of the loan. When this loan was reported to the Credit Agencies my credit score was at XXXX within a month it dropped XXXX points. I have went round and round to no avail I also woke up one morning last month with a {$10000.00} balance in my XXXX XXXX account also known as my spending account {$50.00} on my credit account {$20.00} on my insta cash account and 10 on my investment and XXXX accounts I wasn't able to access the funds that day I figured they were processing however the following morning when I attempted to use some of the funds they were gone vanish. I called customer service and she said it must have been a glitch this makes me nervous because I had been waiting on some direct deposits and have yet to see any of them. It also appears they have an investment account a crypto account and a round off account that I am unable to access. I know there is money there because I have not made a deposit or an expenditure more than a XXXX XXXX in 3 months and the account would not remain open if that were not the case. I hope that you can help me in this matter I'll be looking forward to your email and I will be looking forward to cooperating fully. I have screenshots and photos of proof if and when you need them.
