On XX/XX/2023, there was written correspondence ( Commercial Affidavit ) sent to the Credit Reporting Agency Transunion. I explained very thoroughly about the information within the Consumer Credit File was incorrect and needed to be removed IMMEDIATELY, as it was causing major harm to a Federally Protected Consumer. It is denying me the RIGHTS that are granted to me to secure what is needed for family, personal and household purposes. I also included the account information that I wanted to be removed because the information was wrong and the third party debt collector had no verification or validation that the alleged debt was owed but Transunion decided to furnish the information anyways without any prior written consent and pursuant to15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports they are in direct violation. I gave notice of my fee schedule for Transunion being willfully noncompliant by furnishing consumer credit files that are misleading and false. I have attached the letter that was mailed and also an invoice.
