On XXXX, my son XXXX XXXX had a visit to an emergency room in XXXX XXXX. XXXX was XXXX on XXXX. XXXX has XXXX XXXX XXXX '' insurance ID XXXX. After a while, I received a bill from the hospital for {$1200.00}. I contacted the insurance company, where they told me that XXXX 's visit was paid in full, and if the hospital has questions about payment, then they should contact them, because it is illegal to demand that we pay again. In a few years I received a call from a collection agency " Paramount recovery " and some man told me that I owe them {$1200.00}. I explained the situation, to which there was a response from the collection company that they would send me all the papers confirming my debt. However, I haven't received anything up to this point. Instead, the collection company made " Derogatory marks '' in my credit history. I again contacted the insurance company, where they once again confirmed that the bill had been paid, the claim number was XXXX, and they also informed me that the money had been withdrawn from the hospital 's account. Based on the above, I think that there is a fact of fraud, because they are trying to collect XXXX XXXX from me again.
