On XX/XX/2022 TD Bank deposited by stolen check # XXXX into XXXX XXXX 's account. My stolen check # XXXX was washed and all fields were rewritten and the amount changed from {$78.00} which I have on my carbon copy to {$5200.00}. The check issuer XXXX XXXX states all their checks are protected by XXXX. The security features on the back of the check are all missing- the back of the check is white without the water markings and other security features- my signature is completely different on this check. Yet, TD Bank, deposited money from my checking account into XXXX XXXX 's TD Bank account. When my bank submitted a warranty claim to TD Bank on XX/XX/2022, TD Bank responded on XX/XX/XXXX indicating there was " no warranty breach ''. Then my bank attempted a hold harmless agreement with TD Bank to recover funds and TD Bank replied " non-sufficient funds ''. TD Bank has not indicated doing anything to investigate this Federal Crime to myself, the victim of this crime. They were given 120 days to investigate our claim ; and now since they have not shared doing any investigation ; I am asking for an investigation into XXXX XXXX ; the suspect- their member, who ended up depositing money stolen from me into TD Bank XXXX
