See complaint XXXX previously filed on XXXX ( PenFed Credit Union XXXX XXXX it was closed but not resolved. I have sent a followup letter to respond to PenFed 's letter claiming it is being resolved. They are resolving by lieing to us and harrassment. It needs to stop. PenFed has continually lied to us and now trying to bully us into paying for their mistake. The letter details how their version of what happen is not supported. They say a double reverse was made, one by the merchant and one by PenFed. To this day the merchant is calling us to check on us to see if we have any issues using their software which would disputer PenFeds claim that the merchant reversed their charge. PenFed outside credit department and inside billing department twice told us it was PenFed 's mistake and it would be reversed, they are liars and request the disputed amount be exsponged ; an apology, our account balance refunded, PenFed investigated for customer abuse and illegal activities.
