I received a email from PayPal requesting my account be verified by uploading a copy of my id and proof of my address. It also stated that I had changed my address to an address that was not mine. It had me upload a picture ID and then it disappears from the resolution center on the website PayPal.com I have not been able to close the account without resolving the issues listed in the email. I tried calling the support line however it was an automated system that I couldn't get in touch with a live representative and eventually disconnected me from the call. I also reported it to the email listed on their website, XXXX paypal.com
