Consumer Narrative
Re-open CFPB complaint XXXX - I provided emails from the original debtor and court orders. Please explain why a 3rd party debt collection agency gets to override a court order for the one charge/ the original debtor directing me to move out and not pay further rent for the other charge. You dont get to ignore a court order and leave a collection account for child support that was always paid on time, and you don't get to sell off a " debt '' for back rent after telling the consumer they can move out without further rent owed.
