You all are reporting to the bureaus late payments for the XX/XX/2020 which is inaccurate. I have my payment stub for this month and the account was paid on time as agreed per contract at the opening of this account. Please update this information and provide to all three creditors as well myself via mail to the address above. If you decide to validate my claim as false, please provide physical evidence proving otherwise. Let me remind you per FCRA 623 you are required to correct inaccurate data provided to the bureaus on my report and provide any relevant information proving otherwise.
