On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a request for validation and debt dispute from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have anxiety over speaking to people on the phone and I decided to use the chat feature on and I found myself talking to a Customer Service Agent who refused to acknowledge my request or document it on my account. ( Chat Transcript attached ). The company responded on XXXX. However their response was incomplete. I am attaching the company 's response and also all of the information that was missing which I provided in the feedback section of the CPFB portal. The company did not respond to my additional requests for information. Most importantly they did not provide information from the original creditor. They did not provide documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the current creditor. THere is no copy of the written and signed agreement that created my original requirement to pay. There is a whole list of information for which they did not provide answers to in their original response. I requested the feedback on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is the XXXX day since my request and I have not received any information on my additional requests. Since the time has passes without a response I am requesting that this collection be removed from my credit report and stop hurting my credit. I am also attaching a letter from XXXX XXXX acknowledging that they sold the account to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CA in XXXX. In the letter they also acknowledge they no longer have the written agreement for this account nor information about the original creditor.
