In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act, FIRST CREDIT SERVICES is a company I never heard of until obtaining a copy of my credit report. This company has has not only violated my right to privacy but has also placed a fraudulent item on my credit report in efforts to prevent me from acquiring credit/resources to support my family. 15 USC 1681 section 602 A states that I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 A ( 2 ) also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions which I would never give an okay to do so that I've never heard of. Are they claiming to be the Original Creditor and can state under oath that I signed a contract with this company and if not how and why do they feel they have the authority to legally collect on an account they never originally owned.
