XX/XX/ -called 3 times had XXXX different representatives pretend to deactivate my account XX/XX/ -I chatted online with multiple agents trying to have my account deactivated still no luck XX/XX/ -spoke with them on phone and chatted trying to explain it wont let me deactivate my account because its saying I have money in my savings but they informed me over the phone that I did not have money in savings so can they please deactivate my account XXXX -I spent over XXXX hours going back and forth on the phone and chatting with them trying to get my account deactivated and they said they couldnt they tried but I dont understand how they could make me keep a membership I dont want
