Ive never had any relationship with Midland Funding LLC collection agency or original creditor. Since 2012, they have been harassing me for a debt that I do not owe them. Now 11 years later, theyre trying to garnish my paycheck for {$2700.00}, therefore causing hardships for me and my family. Theyre ruining my reputation by sending a writ of garnishment notice to my job. Theyre causing some serious problems in my life. I am tired of them bullying me by threatening to take my hard-earned money and ruining my credit. Theyre stressing me out. Eleven years of being harassed by them is way too long and according to Maryland State law this is illegal. Furthermore, even if I did owe this debt to the original creditor the statute of limitations on collecting a debt would have expired. Midland Funding LLC, INC collection agency needs to leave me, my family and my job alone.
