Ive had Grain ( The credit card debt card ) for a little over XXXX years now, recently I close my XXXX XXXX account and I need to update my banking information with Grain. Ive sent over XXXX emails called over XXXX times. I am still not able to get a hold of any customer service to assist me with this problem now this problem is going to ruin my credit because no one is getting back to me to help me with this problem and I have interest fees accumulating on in like XXXX $ charges that can simply be fixed if somebody would just reach out to me and help me with this!
