Consumer Narrative

The account was opened on XX/XX/2019 and on XX/XX/XXXX they closed the account. the original loan amount was for XXXX they say I have a balance of XXXX I told them over and over the I wanted to return the car to get something different. The car salesman at the XXXX Dealership in XXXX NC forced me to keep the car and said they could not take it back. I left the car at my house parked and told them to come get it. The car would barely pull up a hill it made awful noises. They sold the car in an auction and I received a letter saying it was only valued at XXXX. I have asked for them to work something out and they will not. I just want this off my credit report
