I worked with XXXX XXXX ( Personal NMLS # XXXX ) at XXXX XXXX Mortgage XXXX on a mortgage recast beginning in XX/XX/XXXX that resulted in a 60-day non-payment of my monthly mortgage that damaged my credit report. He explained late payment was part of the standard process. Due to multiple delays and lack of responses from XXXX, I ended up still paying the monthly mortgage twice, but it was paid for future months ( currently I am paid up until XX/XX/XXXX ). I repeatedly asked XXXX why I had a late payment notification and he told me to disregard it. I see now my XXXX XXXX has dropped from XXXX to XXXX. All of this is documented in the attached email exchange. Please see attached XXXX screenshot showing XXXX XXXX late payments. Please take note of XXXX 's extreme lack of follow up, and 2+ week delayed responses.
