I have submitted that XXXX to the IRS on my XXXX taxes because these alleged debts are now considered income. I notified your company and requested that you remove these XXXX XXXX accounts from my credit report as they are now considered income, and by the IRS, and your own company rules, should no longer be on my credit report. Nevertheless at the time of me filing this complaint you have still not removed these accounts and are still reporting them as unsettled debts. Both XXXX and XXXX have removed these accounts from their credit reports, with only your firm continuing to report this matter.
