In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the following accounts below have violated my Federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality pursuant to 15 USC 1681. Section 602A which states that I have a right to privacy. Also, they have violated my rights under The Financial Privacy Act of 1978, and credit denial in violation of 15 USC 1681a ( k ). This entity also violated 15 U.S. Code 1602 ( p ). Also violating 18 USC 894. Using my name and address without express written consent in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-9-93.1 Then list the items that are creating the negative impact Statement : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have violated my rights, and restraint of trade in violation of 15 USC1, and 15 USC 2. Additionally, it clearly states under 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent. 15 U.S. Code 1681c ( a ) ( 1 ) Section states ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information : ( 1 ) Cases under title 11 or under the Bankruptcy Act.15 U.S. Code 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) Section states no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report contain any of the following items of information. Any other adverse item of information other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( a ) Duty of furnishers of information to provide accurate information. ( 1 ) Prohibition ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
