I called XXXX XXXX at XXXX about a collection EOS CCA is attempting to collect and is furnishing on my credit report, the supervisor said they dont have any information about the account. I called the collection agency EOS CCA whose reporting the false account on same date at XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX She said I cant dispute it and they dont remove derogatory marks from consumers report I have to pay it in full then she will add paid in full to my credit report, I told her i never had XXXX so she said send her a police report, proof of residency since 2016, and proof of the phone carriers contract that I have since 2016 and I dont know how or where to get those information, she said they wont stop collecting unless I send those impossible to get documents and if I do send them in EOS CCA dont remove stuff from peoples report once its place for collection. I did not open and account with XXXX and I never use home phone, I always have cell phone, EOS CCA pulled my credit without my permission to get my information and is now acting like Im the owner of a random debit they are trying to link to someone. They didnt send me a notice, they dont provide me a mailing address send documents to, this is extortion
