I never asked Experian, XXXX or XXXX to place a fraud alert or extended fraud alert. Im not sure why they are taking it upon themselves to put an alert on my credit file. I recently purchased a credit lock and unlock protection plan. There is no need for any type of fraud alerts or alerts to be added to my credit file. These alerts were added without my consent and I want them removed immediately. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have to request to have alerts added and I did request and alerts were added with my consent.
