It's been about 19 months ago that my wallet had gotten stolen and immediately contacted Wells Fargo customer service for help and explained the situation and they said they would do an investigation and they contacted me weeks later, stating that they could replace the funds. Again I explained that my wallet was stolen with all my information in it, and they apologized. Better never refunded money. Then about 8 months later they called and asked would I like to refile a claim. At that point I was frustrated and declined the offer. Also the account was closed due to lost funds.
