On the date of XX/XX/XXXX I went to TMX Finance LLC dba TMX Finance of Tennessee , Inc dba TitleMax to receive credits and satisfy the entire price of the service via a consumer credit transaction pursuant to the Truth In Lending Act. During that same date agents belonging to TMX Finance LLC dba TMX Finance of Tennessee , Inc dba TitleMax made material presentments and furnished deceptive forms as to nature of the contract when they presented me a " pledge agreement XXXX XXXX '' with the intent of utilizing the par value in conjunction with my signature on the application as a draft to create new money on their accounts which satisfied the credit extension and the finance charge which is the sum of all payments pursuant to15 U.S.Code 1605 ( a ) for the credit extension causing deceit of the nature of the agreement in violation of Section 5 ( a ) of the Federal Trade Commission Act ( FTC Act ) ( 15 USC 45 ) prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce. because they extorted me to compel to perform for payment that was already satisfied. The contract being void ab initio because of the fraud performed. Therefore there is no agreement of the debt neither did TMX Finance LLC dba TMX Finance of Tennessee , Inc dba TitleMax have the right to assume anymore a debt wherefore collection could be made. TMX Finance LLC dba TitleMax of Tennessee, INC. d/b/a TitleMax further harmed my estate, damaged my marriage by way of my reputation, and committed theft against me by way of taking my vehicle ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by way of their self described " repossession '' and engaged in human trafficking pursuant to ( 22 U.S.C. 7102 ( 11 ) ( A ) ) of my XXXX XXXX Person, and violated my right to privacy pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1692 ( a ) when they trafficked my person to the unverified Tow Company without my express written permission.
