We purchased an XXXX treadmill over a year ago. The product came with a subscription program to watch video with trainers while running. The product came with a year free of the subscription. At the end of the year, we requested that the subscription NOT be renewed as we did not use it and have NOT used it in almost a year. The company XXXX ( which, according to my research, are actually one corporate entity ) decided to charge us {$420.00} on XX/XX/2022 for another annual subscription and charged it automatically to our store charge account we have with them. We requested on numerous occasions over the past few months in email and over the phone that the service be cancelled and refunded. They have flat out refused to do so saying that it is another division of their company that handles that issue and when they transfer us to the other division, they then state that they aren't the ones that handle that issue, either. It is a looping circular system with no division taking responsibility, nor do they attempt to solve the problem, cancel the subscription and certainly not remove the charge from our account. It needs to be removed and refunded. It is fraud to charge someone for a product they have flat out refused.
