These 2 collections were taken off my credit in XXXX of XXXX. Myself and the instance I had at the time contacted the collection agency and my insurance told them the company had a year to bill them and after that they could not. I disputed these collections and they were taken OFF my credit. XX/XX/XXXX. The same collection agency has put them back on there XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted them several times only to be yelled at saying Im responsible and that they did not take them off because of what insurance told them back then that they sold it to another agency and that was the reason when thats false. The lady saying that didnt work there then and it was taken off as soon as i disputed it then and after the insurance lady spoke to them. We were told it was gon na be taken off which it was. In XXXX. I need these taken off. I have the dispute results from XX/XX/XXXX which shows they were taken off and I did not owe and was not responsible.
