Curaao has been falsely reporting a balance to my credit. They are bullying me into paying approximately {$180.00} for merchandise I didnt receive. I was trying to pay this off just so they can stop falsely reporting a balance. They continue to refuse my payment by hanging up on me and transferring me to random departments. I am not XXXX or XXXX, so I have received XXXX discrimination from Curaao. I have filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Curaao have called me XXXX names via phone and in person. I have a witness ( who was with me when I went into their store ) to their bad behavior and terrible business practices. I never received my order. They should either honor my order or dissolve the balance they keep falsely reporting. I have and will continue to dispute charges.
