I have tried numerous times to get ahold of someone at Experian. I believe that there is a fraudulent online Experian account in my name and SSN. I have very good reason to believe this to be true because there were fraudulent accounts at both XXXX and at XXXX. Since I was recently hacked, with several credit cards being compromised, and several credit accounts attempted to be opened, it is obvious that someone out there has my information. When I try to reach Experian, I just get the computer voice, who refuses to let me talk to a real person and insists that she can help me, when in fact, she can not. This is not an issue that I would be able to resolve online because, you see, a fraudulent account would have an email address associated with it which is not mine. There are actually problems that require a real person to resolve and not a computer.
