Hi- I submitted a XXXX complaint to XXXX and Transunion about XXXX XXXX charge off, account # XXXX, that is not mine that has been on my credit report over 30 days ago now and it's still being reported, also their investigation is still either ongoing or not even started as I received no response from them at all. Please also note a few months ago XXXX validated that the account was NOT mine and REMOVED it off of my XXXX credit report. I'm not sure why XXXX and Transunion are not being compliant or co-operative. Nonetheless I warned them about a 30 day demand to comply in the same letter mailed out to them since XX/XX/2022.
