I share my experiences with Veros Credit. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX phone ( XXXX ) I have had dealings with them since XX/XX/XXXX. I sent them a check on a closed account which is used for set off and adjustments. They refused the instrument. I resent the check with the same result. I sent them an Affidavit of Truth on XX/XX/XXXX. That did not yield any positive results, so I resubmitted on XX/XX/XXXX by certified Mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a Notorized Notice to Cease and Desist, an Affidavit of Truth, and a Certificate of Service all of which are copied originals in my possession. None of this has been acknowledged by Veros Credit. My last communication from them has been a cartoonish Verification of Debt, which I did not ask for.
