I was contacted by Credit Corp Solutions Inc ( CCSI ) via phone stating they acquired a debt from XXXX and I owe them {$53.00}. I never had a debt with XXXX for {$53.00}. I have also been a victim of identity theft, which continues to plague me. I spend countless hours dealing with this type of harassment and I'm fed up. CCSI has now mailed me an affidavit to fill out regarding the debt, which requires a notarization. I do not know a notary, nor do I feel I should be burdened with trying to obtain and pay for a notary for a debt that is not mine. I do not have the money to run around town looking for a notary and to pay for the service. I should be compensated for trying to fix a problem that is not mine and for the incompetency of a company who falsely issued a service/product in my name. Finally, I filed BK in 2020 and whatever debts that were and were not mine should be protected under the filing.
