XXXX has unfair practices in the additional payment and attempted removal of PMI. The current value of my home has increased. I simply want to stop paying for PMI. The value of my home and the amount I owe on my mortgage is well under the 80 % value deemed by XXXX to have a PMI payment. I have attempted multiple times to get PMI removed from my monthly payment. Each attempt was met with a different reason for why XXXX would not remove the PMI payment. I have never missed a mortgage payment and my credit score is excellent. XXXX refuses to accept the current value of my home as a reason to analyze and remove PMI. XXXX refuses to accept a 3rd party appraisal for the current value of my home. XXXX will not look at the value of similar sold homes in my area as comparable. XXXX will not accept the taxable value of my home as established by XXXX XXXX that I live in as a source for establishing value.
