Late payments derived on this account were due to XXXX work stoppages and shutdown. Capital One openly advertises a XXXX XXXX payment relief program on its website for ongoing customers. Yet, with regards to my closed account that has had payment settled and the account has been closed for XXXX now, I am being told that the account can not be deleted from my credit report and any late payments will not be deleted even if they occurred and were directly caused by the global XXXX pandemic.
