Consumer Narrative
Wells Fargo has completely denied opening accounts even through correspondence on this website though there are no signatures on those applications created through a store in XXXX and online. They even sent their CFPB responses to the wrong address though I have remained in constant contact with Wells Fargo bankers in XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and now XXXX XXXX XXXX I have always ensured that my address was updated. Then they claim that this is an issue of identity theft. Why did I ever have so many debit cards open on my account?
