My mother passed away in XXXX of XXXX and I am the sole beneficiary of her estate. Transferring her vehicle into my name was and still is the last thing I need to do to close out her estate. I have been in contact with Hyundai Motor Finance since XXXX of XXXX asking for the XXXX XXXX XXXX Statement ( XXXX XXXX ), but still have not received it. I've been told numerous times that my case was escalated and would be taken care of, but have not made any progress in getting the requested document. I was told on XXXX that their policy states they had to send the document within 4 business days, but as of today ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I still have not received it. The document has to be faxed to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and every time I've called, they've confirmed they had the correct fax numbers to send it to and all of the information they had was correct, but can not let me talk to any sort of supervisor or tell me anything as to why the document has not been faxed. I've had numerous reps tell me my case is still in progress, escalated, and all sorts of other great things that sound good over the phone, but do not bring any sort of resolution. At this point, I'm honestly not sure what I can do to get the document and have started looking into XXXX XXXX
