***I previously submitted a complaint for this company with incorrect attachments. Please delete XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX and replace with this corrected information and new complaint # 's. I was a victim of theft in XX/XX/2021. My purse was stolen with all my identifications in it. I made a police report in XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( case # XXXX ) I have been trying to purchase a home for my family and this is causing my denial for a loan. I have disputed with all XXXX credit bureaus and the company itself. I spoke to XXXX and they have no record and they advised me to request the credit bureaus to remove it from my report. No one has taken the time to fix the credit error. This account does not belong to me. I have also sent them a copy of all the different information reporting on the same account with each credit bureau I even sent a XXXX letter because I know this is not mine. They have not provided any proof nor removed it. XXXX also said they can't find anything on this account. Please help
