Hi, Re : Comenity Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2022 I redeemed XXXX rewards points as a direct deposit to my checking account in the amount of {$2600.00}. After waiting the requisite XXXX business days the deposit didn't appear into my savings account. It still hasnt as of today. I contacted the credit card issuer and asked for an explanation. They said they couldnt find the transaction and that I only had a few rewards points in my account. The later part was true since I just redeemed them. They said they were unable to find the transaction even after escalating to the next tier support. In the next several days I received a letter stating it would take 90 days to resolve it and the appears that they were treating it like a charge dispute which this obviously is not. I have contacted my bank and they see no attempt at the transaction being made such as a transaction rejection. The secondary issue is this credit card was transferred from XXXX and XXXX immediately shut off access to their records of all users of this card. Best regards, XXXX
