I have been trying since XXXX to register my car in the state of XXXX. In order to register my car XXXX XXXX needs to send the title to the state I am registering it in. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed that they have the title. We requested for it to be mailed to the local tag agency. XXXX XXXX said it would be XXXX - XXXX business days for them to send it to my local tag agency. Numerous other calls for the title were made on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, XXXX to no avail. Each date I was told it had been mailed. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that they have not mailed the title due to an internal paperwork issue and it may be XXXX business days before it can be resolved. On XX/XX/XXXX they are now saying the paperwork issue still has not been resolved and it will take XXXX business days. I do not know what to do at this point. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX special agent said he/she can not talk directly with their title department ; there isn't a number for a supervisor ; they have no complaint department ; and no email or fax. Due to the continued misdirection from XXXX XXXX I request that CFPB investigate and the title be XXXX to the local tag office expeditiously.
