I have been in contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX of 2020. A XXXX bank credit card opened in my name and charged off to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have cooperated with them but am now being sued for a debt that is a result of identity theft. I have filled out all of the fraud affidavits that were sent to me from them. I was told by representatives of this company that they could see a name, address, email, and bank account attached to this account that was not mine. I now realize after being taken to court for a pre trial hearing that this company does not take your concerns seriously and have now filed identity theft with FTC and am waiting for an XXXX to meet with me this week to file a police report. I feel as though I am being harassed to pay money that I do not owe. I do not think XXXX XXXX XXXX handle victims concerns appropriately.
