Code 1681c-2 to remove/block fraudulent information reporting on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is using my identifying information without my authority. I never gave consent under 15 U.S. Code 6802 for any use of my information to 3rd parties furthermore under 15 U.S. Code 15 U.S. Code 6803 I have not provided that consent annually. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is aware that use of my information without my consent/authority and outside the boundaries of the law is illegal. I have requested XXXX, XXXX, Experian and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to validate the account by providing me with a copy of the original contract with my signature and a copy of the mandatory disclosures of personal information pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 6802 for any use of my identifying information or where pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 6803 I have given that consent annually. These disclosures are mandatory and must be disclosed prior to the consummation of the contract and a response must be given in writing before any reporting can take place. The use of my identifying information without authority is IDENTITY THEFT regardless of the user. Therefore I have filed an Identity Theft Report which will be attached.
