I called XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and Spoke to XXXX to explain my situation and hardships with payments due to the hurricane and he advised me that the late fees would be removed from my credit card account and no late payments would be reported to the credit bureaus. My credit report has a late payment for the month of XXXX. I tried to dispute this with XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times and they will not remove this from my credit reports. Even with the difficulties we endured during this natural disaster I still made payments on my account in XXXX and XXXX. I have been banking with XXXX XXXX XXXX for almost 10 years with my oldest credit card account of 6 years and not a single late payment with them.
