I have been struggling financially and am behind on rent several months due to covid / work and can not make my monthly Navient payments because I'm attempting to pay back what I owe for rent. I have court dates set up for the next few weeks because my building is attempting to sue and/or evict me if I don't make my payments. This is extremely stressful and difficult for me as I'm trying my best to pay my rent every month. Navient doesn't care or understand that I can not make my monthly payments with them in fear I will have nowhere to live. They expect me to pay almost the same amount of what I pay in rent every month and it is impossible. They won't help me and although I have tried to recently make payments with them, I can not make any more in the future for my rent is my priority right now. They refuse to turn off my auto pay and expect me to pay them instead of my rent. They are robbing me of my livelihood. I need help.
