XX/XX/2023 Spring Oaks Capital , LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I, XXXX XXXX, am a consumer/Natural Person. Spring Oaks Capital , LLC, you are a debt collector identified in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act pursuant to Title 15 USC1692 ( a ) ( 6 ). It has come to my attention and understanding that Spring Oaks Capital , LLC has violated my rights pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). Pursuant to Title 15 USC 1692 ( c ) ( c ), I dispute the ALLEGED debt and refuse to pay the ALLEGED debt. I demand per Title 15 USC 1692 ( c ) ( c ) that you cease all further communication through ALL and ANY MEDIUM except for communication of remedies for XXXX XXXX, the consumer and natural person, via MAIL ONLY. By willfully violating the FDCPA, I am willing to settle your civil liability damages I have suffered as a result of your violation for {$1000.00} pursuant to FDCPA 15 USC 1692k ( a ) in the case of any action by an individual, such additional damages as the court may allow, but not exceeding {$1000.00}. Should you fail or refuse to settle the matter by tendering payment in the amount of {$1000.00} within ten ( 10 ) calendar days of receipt of this notice and demand, I will seek actual damages which are greater than {$1000.00}.
