I was in the hospital and missed my credit card payment because I was unable to log in and change my bank account info. When I paid my bill in full using my debit card, I noticed that the app said my count was restricted. I called to ask how to unrestrict and they said I could not do it because they closed my account. They said there was nothing that I could do. I paid the bill in full that day. Now I am being charged interest? So now the want another {$7.00}. Why am I being charged interest on an account paid in full and that they closed? If I had deleted the app, I wouldnt have known they added on more interest after I har already paid in full. I believe they should remove the interest and that my credit report should not be negatively impacted. I called 3 times about the original issue and was denied an issue escalation because they said reopening an account was impossible. I should be allowed to speak to a supervisor and escalate an issue.
