A ) First Technology Federal Credit Union does not issue monthly statements with all transactions included. I told XXXX about this on XX/XX/22 and it has yet to be resolved. They will not respond to my phone calls or e-mails XX/XX/22. B ) XXXX issues indecipherable credit card statements. Their local branch can't explain them, their telephone help can't explain them, and their credit card office can't explain them. C ) XXXX has a bill pay system which doesn't pick valid payment dates when permitted to self-select them. XXXX know of this and claim that it is an unrepairable issue in their system ; unrepairable?!? D ) Members of XXXX are not allowed to have XXXX management contact information ; I wrote ( email ) to the President and CEO of XXXX on XX/XX/22 advising him of issue " A ) '' above and he has yet to respond or even acknowledge my message. When I called to get other XXXX personnel contact information, I was told that I am not permitted to have that data and that they must pass all messages to lower management to be passed to upper management ( maybe ). I can supply copies of many emails on topic " A ) '' and limited copies of topics " B ) '' and " C ) '' for more detailed data and to show their responses to me.
