Consumer Narrative
To whom it may concern - I had financial difficulties in XXXX and XXXX and had have a loan with XXXX XXXX. I had never been late in the 4 years of having an established credit loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to work with me and in XXXX I paid them a total of almost {$1000.00} to bring my account current and continue as a good consumer because they have always been a good company to me. The representative in that branch location informed me when I brought my account current that they would make sure that my credit report did not reflect a 30-day late payment in the month of XXXX or XXXX After bringing the account current I contacted the representative and she then informed me that she had no control over the credit and how it reflected but when I was paying my account current up-to-date she informed me she would make sure that my account did not reflect a 30- day late pay on my credit report because she knew how hard I had worked previously to build my credit as a single mother. I had never had a late pay or 30-day late pay on my credit. During the months of XXXX and XXXX my family had covid and lost a family member and we had burial expenses. I feel like XXXX XXXX lied to me and scammed me after my good faith of making sure that their account was paid and brought current and paid ahead of time all the way through XX/XX/2023. Now every time I call the branch office XXXX continues to tell me that she has no way of contacting their credit department even after I have sent a Written Letter to the corporate offices of XXXX XXXX she tells me there is nothing that she can do and can not give me the phone number for the corporate offices to get to their credit department other than me sending a letter directly to their corporate offices and no one has responded to me and this has been an ongoing issue of no one can get in contact with anyone at corporate for credit disputes and there's no way for them to correct their systems and the credit report will reflect whatever it reflects. I was promised by that branch office by XXXX that my account would not reflect on my credit report as being delinquent 30 days and I have had a open credit line with them for nearly 4 years and never been 30 days late.
