Equifax is violating my FCRA rights. I have submitted several disputes on some fraudulent accounts on my credit file, and they keep on not doing their jobs properly. I requested for XXXX to delete these fraudulent accounts XXXX XXXX ( CLOSED ) XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Account Number XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( CLOSED ) Account Number XXXX XXXX XXXX ( CLOSED ) : Account number : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Account number : XXXX And I was told that these accounts are verified as accurate. I did dispute these accounts directly with the companies and i received a letter saying they are investigating, and I should hear them soon, but somehow the credit betray has already concluded their investigation, and are verifying as accurate. I am using my FCRA section 609 rights to ask for original signed contracts with these accounts, because I know I did not sign a contract with any of these companies. I have mailed a letter regarding this concern to XXXX already, and I am uploading the copies on here as proof. These are fraudulent accounts, I XXXX XXXX did not sign any contracts with these companies. I would a fair, and proper investigation done and these accounts deleted right away. In addition, please remove all non-account holding inquiries over 30 days old. Also, please add a promotional suppression to my credit file. Under federal law, you have thirty ( 30 ) days to complete your re-investigation. Be advised i am also requesting the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested as well, to be provided within fifteen ( 15 ) days of the completion of your re-investigation.
