contact about credit report no available called on XXXX to get lifted was told it was done. XXXX week it was not done on the XXXX called againd said it was done was baks problem called again on the XXXX was on hold for XXXX hr XXXX min XXXX sec. got told nothing they can do have to wait and get exculated with no time frame no explanation of problem this is a new business i purchased and need my credit ran and this is the XXXX time this has happed with equifax i have a complaint that was filed last yr. they can control what a man gets and does with no responsibilty to who it hurts and concers half the people you cnat understand, have documentations of time on phone and names, first XXXX was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this time after forever on hold a lady with an attitude ( XXXX XXXX told me that I was just a pain and get over it after explaining myself and the problem tole me to bad no time frame to correct or even what the problem was. have sent them my driver 's license at least XXXX times and my ss card as many. XXXX is using their control over people for whatever they feel fit without any repercussions they are not controlled and have all the control. This need to end as this is my XXXX time around in XXXX months and probable because i complained here.
