Despite Experian 's acknowledgment that they do not have any information regarding my current or past account information, Experian has created and is sharing an erroneous credit score that is impacting my reputation and creditworthiness. There are no online options for me to dispute the missing information, by phone or fax. It is unacceptable that this company and others are willing to report unverified erroneous information that is impacting the lives of customers 24 hours a day/7 days week but they are not required to maintain viable dispute processes 24/7. Please note that other credit reporting companies XXXX and XXXX both have the information that Experian is missing- perhaps Experian should pay for and use their respective credit monitoring services to maintain the integrity of their consumer credit reports.
