In XX/XX/2022, I got a Vanilla Gift Card number, on the second transaction the card was blocked for some unknown reason, the balance of {$20.00} remained on the card. I tried to contact the providers from the bank that owned this card, for three days in a row, I called the phone number indicated on the card and on the website... Every time I called, I spent about two hours trying to reach a customer service representative on the phone. And finally, on the third day of my calls, I was lucky, a representative of the company answered me and said that they had a technical error in the system, my card was blocked for a reason she and I did not understand, and the Vanilla Card company would send me a new card in return blocked. After another half an hour of waiting on the phone, she said that they were having problems sending cards due to a system failure and put me in touch with her supervisor.
