Consumer Narrative

I submitted another dispute through the CFPB on XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( Complaint ID # XXXX ) and in standard Experian fashion they sent me a canned language response that they will not investigate my dispute because the item has been disputed previously. This is correct, but the item being disputed is being reported incorrectly and that is why I keep disputing it. I also added different documents and more support of my dispute, and again they denied my request for them to investigate. I can not name the number of FCRA and FDCPA violations that they have committed in this case as it is too many. I am redisputing yet again because they will not, and have not corrected an inaccuracy in my XXXX XXXX that XXXX is reporting as a Charge-Off as of XX/XX/XXXX which is incorrect and fraudulent. The XXXX for this account was in XX/XX/XXXX. Experian also did not provide me with numerous requests for their Method od Verification in which I am entitled through per the FCRA ( another violation ). I am demanding under my rights per the FCRA that they investigate this dispute that is in no way frivolous and for them to delete the tradeline as per XXXX own credit report that showed a XX/XX/XXXX deletion date, in which now that date has been removed and according to XXXX at Experian it now shows a XX/XX/XXXX deletion date. No payment was ever made to XXXX after XX/XX/XXXX. Experian also is not listing any account history prior to XX/XX/XXXX which is also incorrect ( another violation ). This company has broken the law and NEEDS to be held accountable and I am pleading with the CFPB, State Attorney General and whoever else can be involved, gets involved and does something about the way they treat consumers as this is costing me money in interest on a mortgage that I lost out on, among weeks and weeks of time and effort to get this corrected. I have yet again provided additional information ( XXXX Credit Report which shows DOFD as XX/XX/XXXX, and since has been deleted ) and if this account is not deleted immediately I again am exercising my rights under the FCRA for a FULL Method of Verification to be provided to me from Experian. Here was Experian ' response to previous Complaint on XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( Complaint ID # XXXX ) : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX We are responding to your request to verify item ( s ) on your personal credit report.
