Chargeback on account and dispute has been going on since XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed an charge with XXXX XXXX due to the product balding even though I did not wear it on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a chargeback on my account XX/XX/XXXX and I called explaining the situation once again and got temporary credit because the {$180.00} was taken out of my account as soon as I got my pay check. A letter was sent to my old address ( I updated it on the app beforehand but it got sent to an address I havent lived at for 3 years. ) and I was told by an agent that they didnt have enough proof in XX/XX/XXXX, I sent emails and photos of the hair. I was then sent another letter asking for more proof, confused I called them again and was told by another agent that the case was closed and that the images I sent were received. The images I sent were of the emails I sent on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ( to two different emails that I was provided with by chat ) explaining that the wig was balding. Their refund policy states that they will not provide a refund if the wig is used which includes even brushing the wig. I disputed with my bank because I received no response from XXXXXXXX XXXX, I sent clear pictures and I had owned the wig for less than a month as I purchased the wig XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter saying XX/XX/XXXX saying there will be ANOTHER chargeback on my account as the merchant sent an email to me in XX/XX/XXXX that I told them that I sent them an email and they didnt reply and the merchant also sent receipt, as well I already stated the issue to them and I stated it again in my reply. They asked for pictures that I HAD ALREADY SENT. Im very frustrated as the merchant was not being honest and Wells Fargo keeps holding the case for months and chargebacking my account.
